hello, my name is Juliette Victoria Dupont, i'm 17 and i was born on November 5. i guess that makes me a junior and i've been A STUDENT at blackwood academy for six months. people would say i'm creative, artistic, bold, uncompromising, and quick to anger and that i look a lot like Megan Massacre but i just don't see it.

Hello. I'll be interviewing you today. Can you tell me your name, maybe a little bit about yourself?
I'm Juliette Victoria Dupont. I'm 17, a lesbian, and an aspiring artist. I was born in Paris, though I grew up there, Brussels, and Cognac, depending on where my father needed to be at the time.
That's a lovely name. Why don't you tell me about the people that named you, your parents? And what about the rest of your family and people close to you, tell me about them.
My mother, Morgan Griffiths, is a pastry chef. My father, Alexandre Dupont, is an actor. Neither of my parents were actually from France. Mum's from the states, Maine to be exact. Dad grew up in Belgium. Both of them moved to France as adults, Dad becoming a popular actor, both on stage and screen. Mum was studying to become a chef when they met. She was struggling as a single mom to my older brother, Milo, and Dad had two kids of his own, my brother Matthieu and sister Camille. They became close, and after falling in love, moved in together, raising their children together. It's a pretty amazing love story, if you ask me. Anyway, eventually mum got pregnant, and had my twin brother and I. For a long time, Mum didn't work. Dad didn't want her to, because really, she didn't need to. He supported the family. Dad's always taken care of all of us, even if he's not always around much. My mum tries to take care of everyone, but she's busy a lot. Five kids does that, you know.
Anyway. My oldest brother, Milo, is at med school. He wants to be a surgeon. My other brother, Matt, is currently living in Italy, with a couple he's having an affair with. They seem happy enough. And my sister, Camille, is at university. She wants to be an accountant - Dad joked that she got all the boring genes in the family. She recently got engaged, and seems happy with her fiance, who is working for the government. As for my twin brother, Cyprien - I'm not sure what Mum was thinking when she named him - I don't know what he's doing. He won't talk to me anymore. Drama queen.
Besides my parents and siblings, I don't have a lot of family. My dad has a sister, Margeaux, and she's an actress. She's my cousin Darren's mom. Darren is pretty cool, though. He's a year older than me, but we hang out a lot. He's kinda my best friend. Other than him, I don't really have anyone. My so called 'friends' turned on me as soon as I began letting my creativity out. Whatever. Who needs them, anyway?
Interesting... What about before Blackwood, how was your life?
Pretty chaotic. We traveled a lot, and things weren't ever simple. I mean, there was a lot of drama within the family. It was insane at times. Until I was fifteen, I'd never lived in the same place for longer than the length of time it took Dad to shoot a movie, which was rarely longer than a year. When I was fifteen, though, Rien and I convinced Mum and Dad to settle down for a bit, so we could have some stability before we went off to university. Daddy's never been able to tell me no.
Anyway, we moved to the town my mom was from, in Maine. Things there were kinda... boring. Darren and Aunt Mar moved with us, and we started going to high school together. I've never been the best at school, so Dare and I skipped together... A lot. Somehow, we got into drugs... And I dunno. We started making some trouble, getting tattoos and piercings, making hell where and when we could. It was fun. A lot of fun. Then, I came out. I liked girls, and I'd known for a while, though I'd been afraid of coming out. As much as I love my family, I was afraid they'd reject me. But I came out anyway. And they all accepted me. People at school weren't so accepting. A lot of the girls accused me of watching them in the showers in gym class, which wasn't true at all. Didn't matter, though. I became a social pariah. The guys I'd dated before coming out started being asses to me. And I realized: I didn't need any of them. I started using more often. Before, it'd been a once, maybe twice a week type deal. Now it was every day, multiple times a day. One day, it hit a breaking point. Two of my exes approached me. They talked about how I was 'mistaken' and how the 'lesbian thing' was just a 'phase'. How all I needed was a good guy to fix me. Bullshit. It pissed me off. One of them ended up with a concussion and a black eye, the other had a broken nose and wrist. I was arrested, and after a trial, sent here. Yay.
If you had to pick something, what's the worst and the best things your done in your life?
Worst thing I've done in my life? Hmm. That's a hard one. I'm torn between the infrequent drug use, the illegal tattoos, or the paparazzo I made cry. Actually, I don't feel bad for any of those. If you ask me, I've not done anything too bad. Nothing regrettable. Except maybe making my mom cry. She was so upset when I got arrested. That may be the worst.
As for the best? I'd say giving the guys who were harassing me what was coming to them. You don't grab a girl's ass without her permission, okay? Especially if she's your ex. That's just... Ew. I'm many things, but stupid isn't one of them. And I'm not dumb enough to get back with a guy who treated me like shit. Definitely not for a one night stand. I taught them a lesson. Don't mess with me, or you'll end up on your ass.
What made you come to Blackwood?
According to the police? Assault. Whatever. No one arrested the two assholes who were harassing me! It also might have had something to do with the fact I had coke in my system, but that's not what I was arrested for. Anyway, the lawyers my dad hired suggested this place, so here I am.
Okay, and last question I promise, do like how your life has turned out?
Not quite yet, but I've got time to figure things out. I'm only 17. I've got time.
